Jet Lag

Any tips to get over jet lag?

I've been going to bed late as usual - but can't sleep past 7:45am! I guess I should embrace it and just get to bed earlier...who knows how long that will last!

But I'm going on 4 hours of sleep and its starting to hit me.............zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  1. Both directions we were up over 24 hours and waited until 10pm to go to bed. We both woke up before 5am the first morning back, but within 3 days of no naps and 10pm bedtime we were back on track. The sleepiness makes it hard to jump back in to life but it does fade fairly quickly. And drink lots of water. :)
